Former siomai vendor turned singer Jovit Baldivino was hailed as the first winner of Pilipinas Got Talent. The Batangueño singer, who performed Queen's "Too Much Love Will Kill You," took home the cash prize of P2 million.
The ABS-CBN talent-reality show conducted its results night June 13 at the Araneta Coliseum. According to the survey, Baldivino received 47.74 percent of the total votes. The performance night was held June 12.
Breakdancers Velasco Brothers and dance group Baguio Metamorphosis were the runners-up, winning P100,000 each.
